I know how to help you feel better and make the choices you want. We will uncover the power of your own reasoning, compassion, and experience. It will take practice. I believe these skills can help you find greater happiness and contentment in as little as 4 weeks. You will have more clarity about where your feelings come from, how to create the feelings you want, how to think more powerfully, and shape your choices to serve you better. If you are in a marriage or partner relationship that feels unexpectedly hard and confusing, we can fix that. If it feels like you and your person are always fighting, I can help you. Are you wondering if you'll ever feel in love with your spouse again? Is it hard to remember what attracted you to them in the first place? Does it feel like forever since you and your partner got along smoothly? Maybe other people are telling you your partner is so wonderful and it's confusing because you see them so differently.
